Pancake-itis Strikes the Cookie

We've been having pancake-itis at The Cookie these days.  Last Saturday we served up Apple Oat Pancakes which is a new, stick-to-your ribs favorite  and on Sunday we flipped out our all-time favorite....Painted Porch Pancakes...a fabulous blend of wheat, white, cornmeal, oats, pecans and honey....yummy!!!!!  They are our most requested special.  This Saturday we are offering Pumpkin Spice Pancakes for those of you that missed out on your Thanksgiving pumpkin pies.  On Sunday we will be singing "O Solo Mio" as we offer up our delicious Italian Baked Eggs.  Please join us for breakfast!!
